Brian P. Morrison

An attorney for more than 30 years, Brian Morrison concentrates on tax preparation and tax disputes for individuals and businesses. His practice includes estate planning using wills, trusts and medial and financial powers of attorney. He recently re-opened his bankruptcy practice.

Brian has a bachelor degree in accounting from UConn, Storrs and a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law.

He is a member of the Nevada and California Bars and admitted to practice in state and federal district courts and the United States Tax Court

Robert K. Stovall

A former IRS agent now in private practice for over 15 years, Robert Stovall specializes in tax preparation, collection alternatives, international tax issues and tax planning.

Robert is an Enrolled Agent and has unlimited practice rights before the IRS. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management.
